Custom Jewelry and Diamond Selection Integration
We implemented a custom jewelry-building feature, allowing customers to select diamonds, choose the shape of rings, and customize other ornament details. It also enabled capturing relevant data, including the diamond attributes and materials used, which synced seamlessly with Odoo. This streamlined the design process and enabled real-time materials tracking, such as white gold allocation, ensuring precision and minimizing waste throughout the manufacturing journey. By automating these tasks, we reduced manual intervention, eliminated errors, and provided accurate monitoring of materials, significantly enhancing efficiency in managing high-value inventory.
Automated Job Order Processing and Management
We implemented a solution that automated order processing and synchronized data across all stages, from order placement to delivery. This included tracking job orders, scheduling, and casting processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy. We collect detailed specifications for each diamond, including the type of metal—whether white gold or rose gold—and the engraving details, such as font style. All this information is seamlessly transmitted to Odoo, where each specific order is linked directly to the manufacturer. For each diamond type, whether white gold or rose gold, engraving details were captured in Odoo. Orders with the same metal type, like multiple rose gold rings, were grouped for streamlined manufacturing. Our Odoo system monitored material usage, tracked leftovers for future use, and minimized waste. Additionally, it managed multiple work order phases such as waxing, casting, and metaling, ensuring precise tracking of metal consumption and cost calculations and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Enhanced Sales Tracking and Commission Management
We implemented an automated sales tracking and commission management system that enhanced real-time monitoring of sales performance. This solution enabled immediate revisions without delays and provided accurate updates on fluctuating diamond prices. It facilitated transparent commission calculations for sales staff, rewarding them based on individual transactions. Additionally, it generated detailed reports and insights, offering a comprehensive view of sales and product data to improve decision-making for both management and staff. Furthermore, we integrated CAD software for 3D design visualization, ensuring an interactive, user-friendly experience and allowing customers to verify designs before finalizing their orders so we can shift after the user confirmation.
Multi-Payment Option Implementation
We developed a streamlined payment system that allowed customers to choose flexible payment methods, including the ability to split transactions between cash and card. This addressed diverse customer preferences and simplified the checkout process. By introducing this multi-payment option, we ensured a more seamless and user-friendly experience, which enhanced customer satisfaction and reduced cart abandonment. This improvement increased conversion rates and gave the client valuable insights into customer payment behavior, further optimizing sales strategies.
