When a new guideline was introduced in 2017, it prohibited uploading any material referencing marijuana or cannabis. As a result, many cannabis influencers on YouTube lost their bread and butter. One such influencer is our customer, who, together with others, launched a site called Weed Tube, which is much like YouTube. One of their goals is to build a community-driven online hub for sharing Weed-related material. They put in a lot of work over a long time, and now they have this online social network that centers on video and allows users to use marijuana. Today, WeedTube is the primary video-sharing website for the cannabis business. With Brainvire, they built a solid foundation for reaching out to a large audience with a lot of material.
Project Highlights
As a team, our Brainers have been working with the WeedTube platform for nearly four years. We have been involved with WeedTube since its inception, helping to build both the website and the mobile app. Our team developed a unique Pipeline add-on so that customers can use everything the social media platform offers.
