To manage the website to the best of our ability, we upgraded the eCommerce platform from Magento to Adobe Commerce for enhanced functionality and scalability. Our specialists crafted a tailored Vendor Price List, calculating it through the sum of markup, shipping, and vendor cost. Utilizing location data, the system identifies the nearest vendor. At the same time, an advanced algorithm evaluates the most optimal price from multiple vendors, streamlining the pricing process for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Enhanced Tire and Wheel Selection Platform
Our solution addressed the challenges of product selection and customization. We implemented a user-friendly interface allowing customers to search for wheels by brand, size, and year-make-model (YMM). Additionally, we introduced a custom option where users could add a tire and search for compatible wheels.
We created pre-configured wheel and tire packages based on YMM to streamline the process, providing customers with recommended combinations. We offered flexible shipping options for added convenience, including home delivery, dealer pickup, and store pickup.
B2B Solution Streamlined Order Management And Shipping Efficiency
We implemented a comprehensive solution to enhance B2B operations and streamline order fulfillment. We offered five distinct order types: predefined calculations, container-based tire additions, and optimized shipping. For flexibility, we provided daily delivery options, automated online warehouse pallet management, and a load builder tool for cost-effective truck shipping. Additionally, we offered factory direct and drop-ship options to meet diverse customer needs.
Efficient Container Management and Payment Options
Our solution addressed the inefficiencies in container space utilization and payment options. We introduced the “Fill Kill” feature, allowing for manual additions or removals from the list of items in a container to optimize space. This flexibility ensured that customers could prioritize their orders and minimize shipping costs. Additionally, we implemented offline payment options for B2B customers, providing them with more convenient payment methods. By managing all orders through Odoo, we streamlined our omnichannel operations and ensured a seamless experience for B2B and B2C customers.
