Focused initially on Lazy Susan components, their offerings now include kitchen, bath, and closet systems. Their “whole home” strategy and Tresco Lighting provide customized lighting solutions, while their B2C eCommerce platform enhances the shopping experience.

Brief 

We transitioned the cabinet brand to Adobe Commerce to improve B2C and B2B customer experiences. Our team migrated their old system to a unified platform using a Jitterbit connector with Epicor, consolidating two separate backends into one for two websites. We integrated a Tresco product configurator for scalability, implemented CRM-based marketing, and unified global purchases. For the B2B sector, we developed a catalog website with 6,000-8,000 products and a PIM solution for managing various attributes. We also streamlined warranty claims by creating a dedicated page, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
